Job description

IntaPeople are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager within a Global Technology Group based in Port Talbot. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promote Continuous Improvement
  • Drive operational excellence throughout the Business
  • Identify opportunities for improvement throughout the Business and implement change to reflect this
  • Conduct Kaizen and Lean Systems Green Belt Training
  • Facilitate Kaizen teams whilst tracking and reporting improvements
  • To lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions

 

Skills & Experience

  • Degree (or equivalent level) in Engineering field
  • Lean Systems Black Belt
  • Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Experience working within a Manufacturing environment
