Company Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our highly skilled IT Service Desk team. As a valued member of our organization, you will provide exceptional first and second line support to our staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and showcase your outstanding customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently log and manage user calls across the organization
• Expertly troubleshoot issues both remotely and in person
• Deliver top-notch customer service and support
• Provide technical assistance for Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, iManage Document Management System, and Visual Files Case Management System
• Prioritize and resolve issues based on urgency
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Collaborate closely with Infrastructure and Development teams
• Contribute to assigned IT projects alongside daily responsibilities

Requirements:

• Strong IT literacy and proficiency in Office 365 and Windows 10
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse computing platforms and applications
• Minimum of two years' experience in a Service Desk environment
• Microsoft Certified Professional and ITIL qualifications are advantageous
