Are you a high‑impact enterprise seller who thrives in fast‑scaling environments? Do you want to take ownership of a region, shape its commercial strategy, and build something meaningful from the ground up?
We’re partnering with a global AI-native SaaS scale‑up that is transforming frontline operations for some of the world’s most advanced industrial organisations. Backed by top-tier investors and recognised internationally for innovation, they are now making a major commercial push across the DACH region, and they’re hiring a Business Development Manager to lead the charge.
This is a rare opportunity to join a company at the intersection of AI, no‑code platforms, and next‑generation manufacturing technology, with a product already adopted by global leaders across automotive, pharma, electronics, and industrial engineering.
As the Business Development Manager, you will:
- Own and exceed ARR targets across Germany.
- Build the region’s commercial footprint from the ground up
- Drive complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals end‑to‑end
- Work closely with engineering, product, legal, and customer success to deliver high‑value outcomes
- Develop and execute the regional go‑to‑market strategy
- Build relationships with major consulting firms, technology partners, and industry ecosystems
- Mentor and eventually help hire and lead a growing regional team
This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and impact, not just another quota‑carrying role.
You need to be able to demonstrate the following experience:
- A hunter and closer with 7+ years selling SaaS into manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experienced in high‑value, complex enterprise sales cycles
- Comfortable in scale‑up environments where processes are evolving
- Commercially sharp, curious, and confident in ambiguous situations
- Fluent in German and English
- Disciplined with forecasting, territory planning, and Salesforce hygiene
- Trained in value‑based selling (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
- Motivated by building something new, not just inheriting a patch
If you’re excited by the idea of building a region, owning enterprise relationships, and selling a category‑defining AI platform into manufacturing, I’d love to speak with you.
