We are exclusively partnered with a fast‑growing deep‑tech company operating in the quantum computing ecosystem to hire their first commercial leader in Europe. The organisation is building a neutral, community‑driven platform for developers, researchers, and enterprises, enabling users to build, share, and run quantum solutions across multiple hardware providers through a Python‑based notebook workspace, alongside a marketplace for algorithms, datasets, and reference implementations.
This is the company’s first dedicated commercial hire in Europe, with full ownership of the enterprise sales motion and the opportunity to build the go‑to‑market engine from the ground up.
As the successful Senior Sales Manager for Europe, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Strong ability to engage technical decision‑makers (CTOs, Heads of R&D, Heads of Innovation)
- Existing network in at least one of: quantum, deep‑tech, HPC, scientific computing
- Fluent English; working French strongly preferred (additional European languages a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to build a sales motion from scratch without an existing playbook
You will be responsible for the following:
- Build and own the European enterprise pipeline end‑to‑end: prospecting, qualification, deal structuring, and closing
- Develop commercial relationships with quantum hardware providers and ecosystem partners (e.g., leading European quantum hardware companies)
- Drive enterprise adoption through hackathons, challenges, and proof‑of‑value engagements with European corporates
- Establish the full sales infrastructure: CRM, forecasting cadence, and a repeatable sales playbook
- Represent the organisation at major European quantum and deep‑tech events (Q2B Paris, Quantum.Tech London, EuroHPC, etc.)
If successful, you will receive:
- On‑target earnings: €110,000–€140,000 (base + variable, 70/30 or 80/20 split)
- Equity (ESOP) aligned to seniority and stage
- 5+ weeks’ annual leave plus full statutory French benefits (mutuelle, retirement, etc.)
- Home‑office setup budget and high‑end equipment
- Relocation support is considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
