Founded in 2023 and backed by a specialist quantum investor, the company has grown to 3,000 users and is scaling its Paris HQ team from 9 to 20 over the next 12–18 months. Marketing today is a blank slate. This is the first marketing hire, responsible for building the function, the brand, and the community presence from the ground up.
You’ll be a strong match if you bring:
- 5+ years in tech, deep‑tech, or developer‑focused marketing.
- Experience building brand and community from near‑zero in a technical domain.
- Exceptional writing across long‑form (blogs, whitepapers) and short‑form (social, email).
- Hands‑on fluency with SEO, analytics (GA4, Mixpanel), and social media management.
- Ability to communicate quantum‑adjacent concepts credibly without hype.
- Comfort operating solo initially, with a builder’s mindset.
As the successful Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the:
- Full marketing strategy: brand positioning, content roadmap, social, SEO, and developer relations.
- Community presence: publish technically credible, hype‑free content that resonates with developers and researchers.
- Dual‑audience messaging:
- Community: developers, researchers, open‑source contributors
- Commercial: enterprise decision‑makers evaluating quantum solutions
- Conference strategy: Q2B, IEEE Quantum Week, APS March Meeting, NeurIPS, plus CEO speaking opportunities.
- Performance KPIs: user acquisition, engagement, content reach, inbound pipeline.
- Function building: operate solo for the first 6 months, then help hire the second marketing team member.
