Technical Support Engineer

You’ll receive first-class training from technical experts, gain hands on experience in in troubleshooting SIMS and SQL performance whilst monitoring the systems to ensure any necessary action to be taken.
A typical day is interactive and fast-paced team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers - ensuring the customer is supported and a resolution is provided in a timely manner. Learning daily – you’ll troubleshoot SQL and SIMS performance and work with a leading team to ultimately ensure customers get the most from their technology.
Experience required:
- Previous experience with 1st line IT Support in a similar role
- Excellent communication & customer service
- Good IT knowledge, problem-solving skills
- Team player, strong work ethic
- Exposure to SQL
