Scrum Master

About you:

• You’re a servant leader and you pride yourself on your ability to get the best out of people. 
• Your no-ego approach is key for developing your team.
• A background in tech is not essential, this role is mindset over process with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Collaboration and communication is key, you will have a penchant for bringing  the team together and ensuring everyone understands exactly what is going on.
• Although you will have support from the other Scrum Masters within the team, you will be innovative and not rely on Delivery Managers.  We’re looking for go-getters who think outside the box. If you’ve set up huddles of peer support or similar, this is the kind of initiative we’re interested in.
• Agile coaching experience is beneficial; the company has moved into a true Agile way of working with Lean cross functional teams including tech, growth, customer service and product.
• We’re looking for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves and get involved with taking the business forward.
