Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex offshore installations from handover to completion. You’ll manage schedules, control costs, and ensure client satisfaction while mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget performance
Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
Manage risks, conduct project reviews, and ensure compliance with HSE standards
Oversee procurement, financial tracking, and provide technical support
Mentor engineers and assist with bid preparation

Qualifications:

City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent in Engineering
5+ years in project management with strong leadership and client interaction
Proven expertise in cost control and risk management
Desirable: Degree in Engineering or related field & project management qualifications, e.g., Prince2

Applicants must be within commutable distance of Norwich to be onsite 3 days a week(working remotely twice a week), and must have the right to work in UK as we do not offer sponsorship.
