IntaPeople is proud to be working in partnership with a fast growing, disruptive technology company based in Cardiff. We are supporting them along their growth road map and are currently looking for a strong but passionate Scrum Master to complement the existing technical team.  We are looking for a candidate with a strong Agile Project Management background or if you are a Software Developer who is looking to move into agile project management, we’d also be interested in discussing this opportunity more.

You’ll work alongside the Product Owners, Head of Technology and senior Development team members to ensure all business requirements are met and internal and external stakeholders are engaged. They are able to

Skills & Experience:

  • Software Development Life Cycle knowledge/experience
  • Demonstrable experience with, and knowledge of the Agile methodology
  • Experience within a Scrum Master role (min 2years experience)
  • Experience of software (or similar) project management processes
  • Able to maintain JIRA sprint boards
  • Planning sprints across a multidisciplinary development team
  • Stakeholder (internal/external) communication skills 
  • Able to manage backlogs and proactively work with the development team to ensure productivity and client expectations/time scales are met

Day to day you’ll manage client expectations and Identify and manage client project needs whilst drafting meeting agendas and capturing the requirements of the managers. You will have experience building reports and contribute to deliverables and documentations where necessary. As this is a small, tight knit team you’ll work closely with the Product Owners and Developer to help development roadmaps and prioritise workloads across the business.

The ideal candidate will be delivery focused, driven to understand what clients really value, and committed to building this value into the platform. You’ll work alongside a very small but talented team of developers, testers and product owners to offer the best possible solutions available on the market.
