Are you looking for a service transition role where you will have involvement in writing processes and the implementation of them? We are looking for a Release Lead to join the team at a Swansea-based tech company. A successful Release Lead will be a confident communicator, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The aim of this role is to support the full process of the Release Management, from end-to-end.
About you:
- Over 2 years’ experience in Release/Change
- Understanding of Release Management methodology
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Microsoft Office skills
About the role:
- Support the full process of Release Management
- Coordination, scheduling and management of releases
- Produce high quality reports
- Risk management relating to scope, schedule and quality
- Ensuring releases are on time and within budget
- Release Readiness reviews
- Regular review of the Deployment, Run Books and Implementation Plans in relation to the development lifecycle

- Hybrid working model - 3 days in the office each week, 2 days at home
