Financial Services Project Manager
Leeds - must be on-site for 3 days each week (ideally Tue, Wed, Thu)
£450 - £550 per day - Inside IR35
We are urgently seeking several Project Managers, with a background in platform migrations (ideally for financial services clients) for a large scale migration based in Leeds, UK.
You will manage multiple domestic and offshore cross-functional agile product development teams, to efficiently build tooling and automation to convert customer data, and to deliver exciting new features and capabilities.
You will need to work collaboratively with a high-profile customer to efficiently migrate data from their system to the new product solution’s system; and with our clients third-party partner to efficiently manage the delivery program
and promote strong collaboration between teams, manage dependencies, sharing best practice and helping clear potential blockers
The ideal Skills and Attributes will include:
· Previous proven project leadership experience in platform migrations
· Previous proven project leadership with managing third-party development contractors working with teams in different time zones
· Previous proven project leadership with managing demanding customers
· Software Development Life Cycle (SDLA) knowledge and experience managing web-based application projects in an Agile environment
· Experience in a Scrum Master role would be nice to have
