IT Support Analyst

About this role…
- Providing excellent first line IT support across the company on their systems.
- Working alongside a successful team ensuring all tickets are dealt with to ensure a satisfactory response.
- Accurately identifying ticket priorities.
- Prioritising and resolve any problems and escalating any unresolved problems when needed.
- Providing a high standard of communication.
- Able to collaborate in a team successfully.
- Managing and monitoring helpdesk calls and logs whilst taking appropriate action as and when.
- Able to perform hands on fixes at the desktop level, such as installing and upgrading software, installing hardware and configuring systems.
About you…
- Proven experience working/supporting IT systems 1-2 years.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Experience with Linux IGEL.
- Experience with desktop server operating systems.
- Strong experience troubleshooting.
- Microsoft office 365 fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory.
Overview…
- Between £26,000-£29,000 dependant on experience.
- Annual bonus.

- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
