IntaPeople are working with a leading technology company based in Orpington who are looking for a Principal Network Architect to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with great benefits.
As a Principal Network Architect, you will be working alongside the Head of Operations to understand the customers business and technical needs before designing the finished solution. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual with strong technical and customer facing skills able to add value to the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating and working alongside the company’s customers.
- Understanding and capturing customer’s requirements.
- Meeting with new and existing clients to understand their technical and business requirements.
- Working with enterprise systems, networks and platforms you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions.
- Able to utilise the customers objectives and requirements into a technical design.
- Working alongside the Head of Operations to identify solutions.
The individual’s ideal skill set:
- Knowledge of BGP (board gateway protocol)
- Able to build strong working relationships.
- Experience with Cisco and Fortinet
- Knowledge of switching and firewall
- Experience of WAN Routing
