IntaPeople are proud to exclusively be working with an industry leading global manufacturing company in Newport, who have recently had significant investment and are in a period of exciting growth.
As we are on the search to continue their growth, they require a Maintenance Technician to join their team.
Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Preventative maintenance of equipment (troubleshooting & fault-finding)
- Working with pressurised pumps or systems
- Understanding of technical drawings
- Chemical handling and chemical spill cleans (training will be provided)
- Stock management of chemicals
- Work to strict measures to ensure the safety of themselves and others around them
This role is Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4.30pm and Friday 8am - 3.30pm.
*You will be required to work around chemical and gases (and handling)*
