With operations in over 50 countries - our manufacturing client are a family-owned, global solutions provider of niche products to the global energy market.
We're looking for a proactive leader who can effectively manage and prioritize tasks within a global, team-focused, collaborative setting. You will supervise and enhance computer, server, and infrastructure systems across EMEA sites, playing a crucial role in maintaining smooth IT operations, advancing strategic projects, and delivering significant value to their global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, you'll oversee IT Analysts and Support Engineers, ensuring SLAs are met to manage user expectations. You'll analyze resolutions to prevent recurring issues and identify security threats. You'll also assist in IT procurement, oversee network and application operations, manage telecommunications and data security. Ensuring thorough documentation of software/hardware releases, you'll handle escalated support requests, test fixes, and coordinate with contractors. Leading and developing reports across EMEA is also a key responsibility.
Knowledge/experience we’re most interested in:
- 2+ years Leadership/Team management
- Expertise in advanced computer hardware and network equipment.
- Experience with desktop and server operating systems (Windows Server, Windows client OS, iOS, Android).
- Extensive application support experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and processes.
