Hybrid role, home and office based (Cardiff - ideally 2 days p/week)

We have partnered with a Data Solutions that is seeking a Head of Service Management to help with customer retention, relationship building and leading the team.

You will act as the liaison between the Senior Management Team and their customers (financial services sector) and be the first line of defence whenever potential problems arise. You'll need to be proactive as well as reactive to handle customers concerns and find new ways to prevent these problems from occurring in the future.

  • Willing to adapt to the demands and changes of role and responsibility as the business requirements change for the benefit of the business and customer

In this role you will be:

  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, advocating for their interests and giving voice to their feedback
  • Reviewing and assessing customers progress and offering recommendations based on results
  • Ensuring the highest customer satisfaction and return on investment whilst enhancing the customer experience
  • Defining business objectives for the customer and developing a strategic direction for success.
  • Attending customer meetings and facilitating action/ ownership at all times
