Client Services Engineer
Are you experienced in Technical Support and looking to take an exciting next step in your career? We’re looking for a senior member of the on-site support team in Paris. In this Client Services Engineer position, you will join as a senior member of the team, with the intent of internal growth into a Team Lead position.
A successful Client Services Engineer will provide support for clients in-person and over the phone, resolving hardware and software issues. This role will require the successful candidate to speak both French and English.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support
- Provide support for 1st-3rd line IT issues – Microsoft Exchange, Office365, Active Directory, SharePoint, DNS, MDM
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Maintain systems and install new equipment/infrastructure
- Manage ticketing queue in a timely manner
Experience/Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant IT experience
- 3+ years of experience in systems maintenance and end user technical support
- Desktop and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in MS Exchange/365, Windows Server, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Sync, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, MDM
- Knowledge of Citrix, VMware, Disaster Recovery, Cyber Security (e.g., IPS, IDS), Cisco, SAN (e.g., EMC, Equallogic)
- Degree educated in Computer Science
- Ticketing system experience
- Experience in the financial services industry and MSP experience is desirable
- French and English speaking
