Systems Architect
A global company in the Security industry are seeking a new Systems Architect to join the team working on innovative products, solutions, and services for millions of customers. Working closely with the project, business, and development teams, you’ll ensure software solutions are aligned with business objectives, and the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution meets customer expectations.
This position will lead aspects of the design and development of the solution, mentor other members of the team where required, maintain quality and security requirements, and identify innovative designs/technology solutions to differentiate the brand in the marketplace.
Experience Required
- Experience in an architecture or senior technical lead role, delivering complex software solution projects
- Strong systems architecture background with experience of:
- Cloud/hybrid computing architecture - AWS (preferred) or Azure
- Strong knowledge of web, backend & mobile architectures
- Node.js & Javascript
- Microsoft C# & .NET core tech stack
- Experience of native mobile development for Android/iOS (Kotlin/Swift) or cross platform technologies (e.g. Ionic Capacitor) would be advantageous
- Database experience (Redis, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc)
- Knowledge of full-stack mobile cloud/hybrid solutions
- Experience with RESTful web services & microservice architectures
- Experience in developing cloud (AWS or Azure) and/or hybrid cloud solutions
- Experience of designing, configuring, and accessing databases
- Strong DevOps experience (Docker, Kubernetes, etc)
- Knowledge of network architecture, server infrastructure and API gateway solutions
- Windows Server & Linux platforms
- Agile methodologies, & Virtualization platform (e.g. VMWare)
