Support Engineer Urgently Required - Onsite in Leeds
6 months initially - £300-350 p/day - Inside IR35 [paid through an umbrella company]
We're looking for someone with good all round experience with MacOS and Windows Support for our client in Leeds (4 days p/week onsite in Leeds, 1 day in Nottingham (expenses paid for the day in Nottingham))
If you have experience in most of the following we'd love to hear from you:
Windows build and deployment tools, such as MDT, SCCM, Autopilot, Experience of working with Azure and MEM environments, Technical knowledge of server and workplace virtualisation solutions, such as VMware, vSphere, Citrix or Hyper V, MacOS management tools, such as JAMF Pro, Active Directory administration, Troubleshooting Outlook, including problems connecting to Exchange/Office 365, Connecting via a VPN, using multifactor authentication, ITSM software, such as TOPdesk, Service Now, Remedy, Basic hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
You will also need a current full UK driving license.
Responsibilities
• Work to SLA thresholds for incidents, request and problems
• Prioritising and Managing workload effectively, managing several open Incidents/Problems simultaneously
• Supporting users on both hardware and Software applications
• Desktop/Laptop/Mac builds and deployment
• Implement and quality test newly built computers.
• Ensure all replacement computers are working correctly before user sign off including all standard applications.
• End to end application install including third party’s software installation for all business units.
