�� Job Description: Join our client as a Site Reliability Engineer. You'll be a vital part of their SRE team, managing, maintaining, and debugging client production environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deploying applications across production systems
- Troubleshooting applications and systems
- Testing/QA of deployed applications
- Monitoring client systems to ensure functionality
- Implementing automation using our control system
- Collaborating with support teams for issue resolution
- Diagnosing system performance problems
- Assisting in daily support and problem recovery
�� Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of application troubleshooting experience
- 3+ years of SQL programming experience
- Familiarity with MS-SQL Server and SSMS
- Experience in JIRA/SCRUM environments
- 3-5+ years of Systems Engineering experience
- BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
�� Highly Desired Skills:
- Previous experience with Job Control Management systems
- Basic object-oriented programming (C# and/or F#)
- Experience troubleshooting IT/system-level issues
