Senior/Lead Umbraco Developer

We’re helping a Software House in Cardiff to scale up the team with a Senior Software Engineer to lead on Umbraco projects, this is a consultative role and requires regular communication with clients.

• Their tech stack is .Net, C#, SharePoint, Umbraco, Blazor and Azure; we can only consider applications from those with relevant experience, particularly Umbraco.
• They have a hybrid working environment with 3 days per week in the office. This is not negotiable as they find having regular in-person interaction key for coming up with innovative ideas as well as maintaining their wonderful company culture.

About you:

• As a seasoned .Net developer, you will have hands one experience of developing Umbraco CMS and be proficient enough to take the lead on Umbraco projects.
• Communication is key for this role, you will liaise with clients to understand what they are looking for, turn these into technical requirements and understand what good looks like.
• The ability to adapt is crucial for this role, explaining technical things to non-technical people in terms that they will understand.
• A background in a consultancy or software house is ideal for this role.
