QA Automation Engineer (Playwright/Cypress) | 6-Month Contract
I'm working with a client delivering a large-scale implementation project and we're looking to add an experienced QA Automation Engineer to an established delivery team.
This is 2 days p/week onsite in the Madrid office and you'll need good Ebnglish and Spanish language skills.
An initial six-month term and a strong likelihood of extension.
You'll be joining a fast-paced Agile environment where automation is a key part of the delivery process. The role offers the opportunity to work on a modern web platform with multiple integrations, helping to ensure high-quality releases through robust automated testing.
We're particularly interested in people with experience of:
- Playwright using TypeScript
- Cypress
- API testing with Postman
- Writing and maintaining automated test frameworks
- Functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing
- Azure DevOps / Azure Test Plans
- Bug reporting and defect management
- Working within Agile delivery teams
Additional experience that would be beneficial:
- JMeter or performance testing
- Java/Spring environments
- Oracle databases
- CI/CD pipelines
We're looking for someone who can work independently, communicate well with developers and business stakeholders, and take ownership of quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Contract Details
