Senior Project Manager - R&D

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary research and development projects from concept through delivery. You’ll coordinate teams, manage timelines and budgets, and keep complex programmes moving smoothly in a fast‑paced technical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end‑to‑end R&D project lifecycles
• Build and maintain clear project plans and resource forecasts
• Lead cross‑functional coordination across technical and commercial teams
• Identify risks and keep projects on track
• Present progress updates to senior leadership
   

Experience:

• Degree in engineering, science or similar
• Strong background in technical, or regulated‑industry, project management
• Experience taking products through whole development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Confident leadership and organisational ability
