A global data‑driven organisation is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Sales Readiness and the Annual Planning Cycle across multiple business units. This senior individual contributor role sits within a high‑performing Sales Operations function and focuses on delivering the full planning lifecycle for 2027 GTM readiness. You’ll ensure targets, territories, compensation plans, tooling, communications, and enablement are aligned, approved, and execution‑ready for a January launch, driving predictability and confidence across the sales organisation.
You’ll own the full delivery plan, coordinate cross‑functional workstreams, run governance forums, maintain tracking and decision logs, and proactively manage risks and dependencies. Acting as the central point of alignment across Sales Operations, Finance, HR, Sales Leadership, Analytics, Legal, Marketing, and Systems teams, you’ll drive early agreement on budgets, targets, organisational changes, compensation design, and tooling readiness. You’ll also prepare executive‑ready updates, translate complex delivery status into concise leadership summaries, and support continuous improvement of planning processes.
Experience required: 7–10+ years in Project/Program Management within Sales Ops, Commercial Ops, or RevOps; proven delivery of complex cross‑functional initiatives; exposure to annual planning, sales readiness, target setting, territories, or compensation; experience in matrixed global environments.
Capabilities: Strong planning and dependency management, excellent stakeholder influence, ability to operate at detail and summary level, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a structured, resilient approach in time‑critical environments.
Tools: Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Xactly, Wrike, MS Project, or similar systems is beneficial.
This role is critical in ensuring the organisation enters each year aligned, prepared, and ready to execute at pace, enabling sales leaders to focus on performance with confidence.
