About the role…
Working within an agile environment you will be expected to contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle including design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance.
As a senior within the team, you will be proactive in your approach, working with technical leaders and architects to drive improvement in development practices and technology. In addition to writing quality code, you will also consider code maintenance and scalability.
The team is working with modern technology including Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Deployments within a TDD environment.
The technology
The team works with the following tech stack; although, we are interested in speaking with Java Developers with an interest in learning the rest:
- Java 11 and Spring Boot for our server application code
- PostgreSQL and Oracle for our relational databases
- RabbitMQ for our asynchronous message queue
- React with TypeScript for our web application code
- Docker to pack, ship, and run our software
- AWS for our infrastructure managed with Terraform
- Git for version control
