Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Largely home based but you must be able to travel to Orpington, South East London as required for this contract, sometimes at short notice (within a 1 hour commute ideally)
ASAP start - £300 - 350 p/day Outside IR35
6 Months initially with option to extend.
We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support a large on-premise data centre. Working with the internal team of Network Architects, Software Developers and Infrastructure Engineers you will support the team in managing support tickets, day to day maintenance, as well as project work.
Must have 5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure support and at least 3+ years' experience supporting large-scale on-premise data centres, running business critical services.
Excellent understanding of at least 3 out of 4 of the following:
- Exchange 2019
- Windows Server
- VMWare
- SAN
