IntaPeople are proud to be partnered with an award-winning, highly established, global manufacturer in South Wales. We are on the lookout to expand their committed team with an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer
to join our innovative R&D team.
You will lead the design, development, and evaluation of complex electrical/electronic systems, ensuring compliance with customer and industry requirements. In this hands-on role, you will also look to guide and occasionally mentor junior engineers and drive technical solutions across projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects from concept to production
- Design and test PCBs, circuits, and electronics
- Ensure EMC compliance and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Develop project plans and manage timelines
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Strong experience in electrical testing and fault finding
- Expertise in PCB design and circuit simulation tools
- Project management experience
- Hands-on with electronic test equipment and assembly houses
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
