Senior Business Analyst

I’m helping a fast-growing software house in Cardiff to find a Senior Business Analyst. This role will involve working on multiple projects for clients within the public and private sector, so a background in either consultancies or the public sector is required.
About the role:
- This is a hands-on delivery and consultancy role where you'll take ownership of gathering, analysing, and translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable outcomes. Working closely with leadership, product, and technical teams, you'll help drive successful digital transformation initiatives from concept through to delivery.
- Beyond documenting processes, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to shape effective solutions, turning business objectives and strategic visions into well-defined user stories, technical requirements, and process improvements that create measurable value.
- You'll be joining an ambitious organisation operating across both commercial and public sector environments, offering a wide range of exciting opportunities. Alongside client-facing projects, you'll play an important role in the development and delivery of our own AI-powered products, helping to shape and expand our growing internal product portfolio.
