This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience selling engineering services, who thrives in a consultative, client-facing role and enjoys working across multiple departments to deliver tailored solutions.
The role:
- Building strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and site visits
- Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships
- Attend industry events, networking events, trade shows etc. to promote business and gain leads
- Collaborating with internal teams including Engineering, Production, and Quality to ensure seamless service delivery
- Managing enquiries and quotations, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and commercial viability
- Conducting market analysis to identify growth areas and target accounts.
- Supporting forecasting and strategic planning through client insights and data reporting
Experience/skills:
- Proven experience in selling technical or engineering services
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to price services competitively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and credible approach
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with quality systems and project-based environments
- Engineering qualification preferred but not essential
- Happy to travel to meet with prospective clients
