React Developer

IntaPeople are proud to be partnered with our access control systems client for the acquisition of a contract React Developer on an initial 6-month basis. This contract is outside IR35 and has a hybrid model of 3 days in their Cardiff office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities:

• You will be part of their Customer Facing Tools team under the PACS (Physical Access Control Systems) business area, the PACS products include smart cards, mobile access and identifications, software, services and controllers for physical access control.
• You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the user interface for RFID software products.
• You will be focused on enterprise scale device management solutions involving multiple complex software packages and integrations with cloud services enabling RFID credential encoding.
• Being that your work will be multinational; communicative English in speaking and writing is required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in developing and supporting React projects
• React Skills include JavaScript (ES6+ syntax), React Hooks, and ReactJS.
• Able to build great layouts using JSX, HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of consuming REST APIs and WebSocket communication.
• Experience with Unit testing, UI Testing beneficial
• Legally eligible to work in the UK/South Africa
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (engineering, computer science) or demonstrative equivalent experience
• 3 years experience in professional Software Development.
