Quality Manager

A world class manufacturing company at the forefront of technology currently require an experienced Quality Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for all quality assurance across 2 sites in South Wales. You will liaise directly with site management to identify and resolve quality concerns, risks and issues. The successful Quality Manager will be responsible for leading a small team (a Quality Technician and 2 Quality Engineers) across 2 sites in South Wales with responsibility for all quality across sistes, including; supplier, customer, maintaining & auditing quality management systems etc.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (i.e. an engineering/scientific discipline)
• Highly experienced Quality Manager, ideally with experience within a highly regulated/automotive industry
• Extensive knowledge of IATF 16949 (ideally lead auditor trained) and ISO 9001
• Experience of implementing and maintaining a QMS
• Six sigma training (ideally black belt)
• Strong knowledge of key quality tools
