The role in a nutshell:
You’ll manage incidents, requests, and system changes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while also driving improvements across applications and processes. You’ll provide functional support to developers and business users, lead testing activities, and ensure that all system updates and changes are fully validated before going live. Alongside this, you’ll work with data – collecting, cleaning, and analysing information to produce reports, dashboards and insights that support decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
-
Supporting business users across applications and processes
-
Writing business requirements, functional designs, and user guides
-
Leading Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT) and supporting Business Acceptance Testing (BAT)
-
Collecting, cleaning and analysing data sets, creating dashboards (Power BI/Excel) and sharing insights
-
Coordinating and running key meetings with business users, developers and international teams
-
Managing IT-related changes (software upgrades, vulnerability fixes etc.) and ensuring proper testing
-
Identifying opportunities to optimise systems, processes and reporting
What you’ll bring:
-
Insurance sector experience (essential) – ideally with Surety exposure
-
Strong background in QA, testing and business analysis
-
Hands-on technical knowledge: ERP application management, SQL, ETL, database management, workflow analysis, MS Office tools
-
Excellent communication skills in English and local language
-
A proactive problem solver who enjoys working with both business stakeholders and technical teams
This is a great opportunity to work in a hybrid role that combines business support, testing, and analytics — with a real chance to make an impact in a well-established insurance environment.
