The Role
You’ll lead and coordinate a defined organisational and operational transition, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum across multiple workstreams while new roles and processes are embedded.
What You’ll Do
- Own the transition plan, milestones, risks, and governance
- Coordinate people and workflow moves between teams
- Document current/future processes and best practices
- Keep senior stakeholders aligned and informed
- Maintain delivery continuity during a period of change
What You Bring
- Strong project management experience in organisational/operational change
- Confident planning, tracking, and driving follow‑through
- Clear communicator who can simplify complexity
- Experience in publishing/editorial/professional services is a bonus
