Fully Remote or Farringdon 20 hrs/week

We’re supporting a major organisation in the publishing/professional content space with a high‑priority, confidential transition project. The hiring manager is fully committed and ready to move fast; expect a quick, one‑stage virtual interview.

This is a focused, part‑time role ideal for a Project Manager who thrives in structured change and wants to make a tangible impact in a short timeframe.

The Role

You’ll lead and coordinate a defined organisational and operational transition, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum across multiple workstreams while new roles and processes are embedded.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the transition plan, milestones, risks, and governance
  • Coordinate people and workflow moves between teams
  • Document current/future processes and best practices
  • Keep senior stakeholders aligned and informed
  • Maintain delivery continuity during a period of change

What You Bring

  • Strong project management experience in organisational/operational change
  • Confident planning, tracking, and driving follow‑through
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complexity
  • Experience in publishing/editorial/professional services is a bonus
