Candidate Profile:
- Engineering degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing complex NPD projects
- Strong communicator who can lead teams and influence stakeholders
- Confidently managing cradle‑to‑grave delivery
- Experience in regulated environments
- Solid engineering background with the ability to engage confidently with technical teams
- Solid planning, problem‑solving and organisational skills
