An innovative technology company serving global companies are seeking an experienced Professional knowledgeable in the field of MEMS/semiconductor technology, to lead product development.
You’ll work with cutting-edge technology, lead and influence key projects, and join a dynamic and international team that will invest in your professional growth and development.
You will be responsible for managing engineering teams and ensuring the highest standards of quality, cost management, and delivery timelines. You will play a critical role in identifying weak points in products, driving improvement measures, and coordinating efforts between development, production, and business units.
The experience we are most interested in:
- Degree within natural sciences, electrical engineering, microelectronics, semiconductor technology, computer science, or similar
- Experience in MEMS, semiconductor technology, sensor technology, or measurement technology
- Strong knowledge of data processing and analysis
- Ability to plan, control, and manage product-specific engineering projects
- Proven experience in project and product management, plus leadership skills
Applicants must be within commutable distance of Stuttgart (or willing to relocate) as this is a full-time in-office role requiring 4 days a week onsite, working 1 day remotely.
