IntaPeople are currently supporting a rapidly growing medical technology business based in South Wales. Due to continued growth, we now require an experienced Project Manager to join their Programme's team to ensure the smooth delivery of key projects amongst they're largest customer accounts. 

You will be responsible for planning and supervising projects that meet management's strategic objectives, ensuring delivery within quality, budget, and schedule. Collaboration will be key to ensure the coordination and successful project implementation that help mitigate risks and maintain projects. 

Manage stakeholder relationships, including cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and senior executives, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Actively seek opportunities for process improvements, promote a culture of continuous learning, and implement best practices to enhance project management effectiveness and efficiency.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrate experience and expertise in end-to-end NPD project management, from concept creation to market introduction. IS familiar with tollgate processes.
  • Ideally you'll have experience working with a physical product although IT & Engineering experience will also be accepted
  • Hold a project qualification such as Prince2, APM, or PMICSM.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Project or other project management software.
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent education.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify project requirements, delivery timelines, resource allocation, and costs.
  • Report to the Programme Director 
  • Develop detailed project schedules and Gantt charts to guide project teams, revising them as needed based on changing requirements.
  • Coordinate the project teams, ensuring alignment, and effective communication.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
  • Compile and submit project status reports to management, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and achievements.
  • Liaise efficiently with all project stakeholders.
  • Conduct project closeout activities, evaluating successes and challenges to facilitate learning for future projects.
