IntaPeople are working with a leading manufacturer in the Chepstow area, who are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join their production team.
Responsibilities
- Data capturing of manufacturing performance.
- Adhere to relevant manufacturing standards.
- Ensure team is trained to the required standards and adhere to SOP’s and documentation practices.
- Ensure that all documentation is properly filed and maintained.
- Be a 5S Champion for the production areas
- Capacity and production planning to plan/ complete work as necessary to achieve pre-agreed deadlines and costs.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a hands-on role requiring intricate handling of small components.
- Ability to understand and work to technical documents and instructions.
- Cleanroom experience.
