IntaPeople are proud to be representing one of Cardiff’s fast growth businesses in the recruitment for an experienced Product Owner. Based within the busy Capital this award-winning company have a very strong product roadmap ahead with ambitious targets.
Sitting within a medium sized development team you will work closely with other senior product focussed peers and developers to provide support and direction to the service offering to ensure client needs and expectations are achieved. You will be tasked with keeping stakeholders at all levels informed and up to date whilst working towards goals and objectives. As a subject matter expert, you’ll have the opportunity to gain strong knowledge of the product and market offering. We are looking for candidates who have experience relating too Large/Big Data and who have experience presenting portfolio offerings and market research.
Ideally, you’ll have experience with:
- Proven experience within a Product focussed role (min 2years+) – essential
- Experience of working within the financial tech industry – essential
- Experience of Data focussed products or technologies - essential
- Communicate the product roadmap to all levels of peers and stakeholders – essential
- Strong knowledge/experience within an AGILE environment – essential
- The Ability to lead workshops aimed at colleagues and stakeholders - essential
- Experience/exposure with cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure – desirable (not essential)
We are looking for candidates who have a proactive approach to the workplace and are able to absorb key information and requirements from clients/stakeholders. This team works as a large function but there are times when autonomous working will set in so being able to work alone and self-motivate on times is essential.
