IntaPeople are working with an innovative technology company in Stuttgart serving the global semiconductor industry who are seeking a Process engineer with 2-3 years’ experience in semiconductor technology.
As a Process Engineer you will be joining a collaborative team and working environment, if you are motivated and highly driven this will be the ideal role for you. You will be responsible for development and implementation of measures for process flexibility and cost reduction alongside the ability to troubleshoot and improve processes.
About the role…
- You will support with the process optimisation of CVD processes in the front end
- You will be responsible for the training and technical guidance of production staff
- You will develop and implement new measures for process flexibilisation and cost reduction
- You will successfully collaborate with cross functional teams, including development, research and the business unit placing the orders
- You will test and introduce new processes and new complex systems whilst troubleshooting and resolving any process related issues
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
About you…
- You will have a degree in either physics, electrical engineering, chemistry or the equivalent
- You will be a driven and enthusiastic individual
- You will have previous experience as a Process Engineer, ideally in the field of CVD
- You will have hands on experience in the field of semiconductor technology
- You will have strong communication skills
