This is a leadership role, and you will be working with other Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers to support, empower and drive the teams to deliver on their mission.
You will work collaboratively with other team members to set the vision for the delivery teams and make that vision into clear deliverables. Alongside that, you will be responsible for helping the team meet the high standards, security, accessibility, and architecture of the software.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an agile product development environment whilst being transparent and understanding collaboration's value. You should have the willingness to learn and teach others and have experience working with and designing large systems.
