Power BI Support Specialist
50 % home working 50% working in office (near Cardiff)
£30-37k & good benefits package.
We are seeking someone with previous BI support experience of using Microsoft Power BI with a strong background in Excel for a fantastic client in Rhondda, near Cardiff
Any experience of using Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies is advantageous as is in-depth knowledge of Power BI including ETL in Power Query, data modelling and DAX for report development.
Experience of both on-premises and cloud BI deployments would be ideal with great interpersonal skills and be able to work well with people at all levels across the business.
For this role you will:
Take ownership of incidents/problems focusing on restoring services to normal operation whilst keeping stakeholders updated.
Responsible for all helpdesk tickets and personally resolving them to a full resolution.
A team player processing support calls in-person, over the telephone, or via our ticketing system.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams at, showing task prioritisation and ownership.
Attention to detail and ability to work within a diverse manufacturing/supplier environment.
Develop strong relationships with key members of functional areas and business stakeholders
