Project Management Officer x 2
Location: Madrid (2-3 days p/month onsite)
Type: Contract €250-€300 p/day depending on experience
Timeline: Start mid-late February until end of 2026 (with a potential extension into 2027).
IntaPeople are looking for 2 Project Management Officers ( 1 x junior and experienced) to join a large professional services client of ours based in Madrid.
Programme context: The new Enterprise Data Office is dedicated to transforming data assets into trusted, secure, and business-aligned information that drives informed decision-making and organisational growth.
Role responsibilities
Project Management Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
Financial Administration: Manage financial PMO processes, create requisitions, and monitor budget and time registration for their assigned projects.
Documents management :
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and meeting minutes. Control of documents versions and ensures final versions storage in Teams/Sharepoint.
- Ensure project deliverables standardization following PMO governance and best practices
- Maintain project management tools and SharePoint with the latest documentation.
Audit of Key Project deliverables and documentation to ensure completion from inception to closure Communication: Facilitate communication between stakeholders, prepare management meetings, and distribute regular updates and reports.
Support internal (within the team) and external coordination.
Collaboration with the Portfolio Management team
Meetings admin: Meetings arranging, minutes taking and action and decision log creation and tracking
Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant task completion.
Continuous Improvement: Perform project reviews, identify opportunities for process improvements, and support best practices implementation.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a project management support role.

- Follows delivery methodologies, tools, and quality processes. Monitors the team’s adherence to these practices.
- Coordinates team planning processes based on the established priorities of work items. Tracks and reports on delivery progress, risks and issues.
- Supports a collaborative and productive working environment, demonstrating appropriate behaviors. Contributes to continuous improvement of delivery processes within the team.
- Advance budgeting and forecasting capabilities. Conducting in-depth analysis of financial data to derive insights and support decision-making.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Azure Boards).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Languages: Proficiency in English and intermediate level of Spanish recommended. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. German, Italian) is beneficial.
