PMO Specialist - Systems & Financial Operations
Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid - around 60% remote, 40% office-based)

We’re looking for an experienced PMO Specialist to support projects and financial operations within core business systems. The role involves managing project costs, processing invoices and requisitions, and maintaining project plans using tools such as Planview.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track project financials and costs

Validate invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accurate records

Open and follow requisitions for project purchases

Work with procurement and finance teams to resolve discrepancies

Maintain and update project plans, milestones, budgets and resources in Planview

Generate reports and dashboards for project tracking

Provide PMO support, including documentation, governance materials and status reports

Ensure compliance with internal processes and controls
Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in a similar role (PMO, project finance or systems operations)

Strong skills in Excel and reporting tools

Experience with project management systems (Planview or similar)

Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive
-
Fluent in Spanish and English (B2+ level required)

French or Italian is an advantage
