IntaPeople are delighted to be partnered with LDMS to scale up the technical team during their growth stage.  Based in the heart of Cardiff, LDMS are a prosperous fintech creating credit management software for a range of multinational clients. Remote working is offered for this role, for candidates living further away, you will be required to attend the Cardiff office 1-2 times per month.

About you…
You’ll have a background in Oracle development with a desire to learn, whether you’re at the start of your Oracle journey or experienced; we want to hear from you.

As the team are working in a start-up environment, we’re looking for the kind of person who pitches in with the team and shares ideas in daily stand ups.

About the role…
We’re currently looking to grow the Oracle team with developers of all levels, whether junior, mid-level or senior. You’ll work in cross-functional teams on a range of projects including data migration and maintenance; day to day, you’ll interpret written business requirements or user stories, participate in user story refinement and sprint planning. In addition to this you’d also be required to carry out tasks such as writing technical specifications and maintain existing document templates.


The technology / experience needed…
They team are working in an Agile Scrum/Kanban environment with TDD, although experience in this is nt essential.  The current tech stack is Oracle 12c, PL/SQL, Jenkins, Git and Confluence; a background in working with Forms & Reports is beneficial but not mandatory – we’re looking for open engineers who want to learn new things.
