IntaPeople are working with one of the fastest growing Digital Marketing agencies in the UK and we are looking for an Operations Director to cover a minimum of 6 months maternity.
You will have:
- Experience in a similar Operations role in a digital marketing agency
- A good understanding of interplay between SEO, PPC & Social Media
- Experience line managing individuals and putting in place processes and checks to support their professional development
- Budget Management Experience
The core focus of the role is for someone to come in and ensure a continued efficient running of the departments and client delivery. The main responsibility will be managing 5 core departments day to day - HR, Client Services and 3 Digital Departments that are made up of SEO, Paid Media and Social.
