Onboarding / Service Engineer - Bridgend
£25,000 - £30,000 & benefits
We are urgently looking for someone with around 3 years IT Service Management or 2nd Tier Service Desk experience for our client in Bridgend.
This will be a highly customer / client facing role and you will be trained as part of the transitioning team to help them onboard new clients as well as looking after existing accounts.
The ideal background would be some previous experience with Infrastructure Design, Project Implementation, Managed Service Providers or Project Support with a good grasp of infrastructure and technical escalation support.
