Office/Purchasing Assistant

A great engineering business that is expanding immediately require an Purchasing Assistant located in the office near Swansea. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing for materials
  • Sourcing new suppliers 
  • Recording purchase orders on Sage
  • Chasing supplier deliveries
  • Various administration duties
  • Supporting Accounts team

Candidate Specification:

  • attention to detail and organised
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft applications
  • Excellent people skills 
  • Excellent communicator
  • Working knowledge of Sage 

Salary: £23,000
