Office Administrator
Cardiff – Hybrid (3 days in office)
£28,000-£30,000 DOE
IntaPeople are partnering with a forward-thinking tech company in Cardiff to recruit an Office Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, organised all-rounder to keep our office running smoothly, support the leadership team, and help create a positive, productive workplace.
In this varied role, you’ll manage daily operations, assist with finance and HR processes, coordinate meetings and events, and act as the go-to link between employees, vendors, and contractors. If you thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment and enjoy spinning multiple plates while staying in control, this could be the perfect fit.
Duties include:
- Manage daily office operations, supplies, and maintenance.
- Liaise with contractors, service providers, and building management.
- Maintain workplace safety and compliance (security, fire safety, H&S).
- Support leadership with meetings, travel, diaries, and NDAs.
- Manage records, filing, correspondence, and shareholder communications.
- Take minutes and distribute actions for high-level meetings.
- Handle payroll, HMRC payments, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records.
- Develop compliant business processes and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Drive internal communication, engagement, and LinkedIn presence.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and positive workplace.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
Experience required:
- Shown expertise in administration, office management, or a related position.
- Multitasking and organising skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Skilled with Excel, Teams, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent general IT abilities.
