New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Lead cross-functional teams (including design, process engineering, and project management) to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to remove barriers and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee resource planning and recruitment to maintain team effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support innovation in processes and technologies.
  • Monitor and report on project and team performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Represent the team in high-level discussions, advocating for resources and driving escalations as needed.
  • Foster professional growth within your team by promoting learning and development opportunities.
