Digital Designer & Senior Digital Designer

A highly esteemed tech company is looking for multiple Digital Designers to join their creative growing, multi-discipline team. We are seeking and are open to a range of levels of experience to hire both mid - senior levels, who will work on brand/product campaigns & costumer experiences, all delivered across a variety of media with a focus on web design, graphic design and UI/UX design.
Both level roles will work to produce full-fledged designs, illustrations, wireframes, and user journeys that engage consumers and improve the customer experience.
This senior position will lead other designers and oversee projects, hold an appreciation of direct marketing copy, nudge theory, layout and composition skills, with an enthusiasm for compelling user experiences and simplifying complex problems.
The junior/mid position will suit anyone with a design degree, ideally with previous professional experience, but we are open to individuals with a genuine talent and enthusiasm to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Experience required:
- Degree level design qualification is essential
- Previous relevant work experience
- Graphic design & UI UX design
- understanding of responsive web design
- Figma, Affinity Designer, Illustrator, Adobe CC Suite, After Effects
- Understanding of HTML and CSS
- Animation and video for web
Desirable/bonus experience:
- Video animation and editing
- Designing and producing artwork for print
- 3D Illustration and animation
- Google Web Designer
